The sustainability of the final output quality in any given process depends on the control over acceptable input and defined working limits.
All our input materials are subject to an approval mechanism; and they are controlled through certification and/or applied tests. Furthermore, final products compliance to desired specifications are ensured through periodical controls over process materials and production accuracy.
Final products are cleared for delivery only after a set of controls, as well as certification that includes all production details have been completed.
Quality, process and final product focused measurement, testing and laboratory services are held under two major groups, namely mechanical and chemical testing.
Within this scope, and in order to conduct studies regarding,
the following tests and applications are implemented:
Spectrometric Chemical Element Quantitation
Mechanical Tension Testing
Deep Drawing (Erichsen) Test
Mechanical Twist Tests
Electrical Conductivity Tests
Gas and Slag Measurement to Ensure Liquid Metal Quality
Micro Stiffness Measurement
Laboratory Tempering Evaluation
Etching Surface Controls
Karl Fischer Water Quantitation
Water Chemistry Analyzing for Corrosion Control
Texture Analyzing for Micro Structure Control
Total Alkalinity Measurement
Refractometer Measurement for pH and Water Conductivity Quantitation
Drying Tests for Residue and Solid Quantitation
Test Rolling Process Models
Tempering Oven Test Process Models
Electropassivation & Anodic Oxidation Tests
